I can do this, going to new gym

I’m not going to lie, the first time I walked into a boxing gym I was intimidated. It was loud, there were people sparring in the ring and sweating everywhere. But I did it, I signed up for a membership and never looked back.

Now, I love going to the boxing gym. It’s my favorite place to work out and it’s also where I’ve made some great friends. If you’re thinking about trying a boxing gym, don’t be scared, just go for it! You might just fall in love with it like I did.

If you’re looking for a way to blow off some steam, there’s no better way to do it than by punching something (LOL) . Just make sure you use the proper safety equipment!.

Here are a few things to keep in mind if you’re thinking about joining a boxing gym:
